Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help. Exchanges can be made within the same 30-day return window, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

New Order Option: Prefer something else? Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part. For your convenience, ShapeDoll may offer a prepaid shipping label, with the cost deducted from your refund amount if applicable.
