Finding your perfect fit is simple. Start by taking your waist and hip measurements, then use the chart above to determine your best size.
If you don't have a measuring tape, you can also reference your usual dress or pants size. For the most accurate fit, measuring is always recommended.

How to Measure
ShapeDoll shapers are designed to sculpt and contour your figure. Measuring correctly ensures the best fit and optimal results.
Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist. Keep the tape snug but not tight. Stand naturally without holding in your stomach.
Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips. Keep your feet together and ensure the tape stays level all the way around.
